Join the talent program to further increase your chances of finding a job in Germany. Our program helps you to learn German and to prepare you for the visa process.
Begin by filling out the contact form with your personal information. We will get in contact with you within a few weeks to provide further information about the program. If you would like to join the program, we will request further information from you to complete your application.
After your application, we will carefully review your educational background, professional experience, language knowledge, and other factors. If your profile matches the required criteria, you will be invited to an assessment which will take place online or in-person at a facility in your country. The assessment will evaluate your theoretical and practical knowledge to help us better understand your motivation, skills and qualifications for the role.
As part of the talent program, we provide you with access to intensive language courses provided trough our partner schools. At the end of the program, you will be able to speak, write and understand German at an advanced level (B1). We offer different learning options (in-person vs. online classes, part-time or full-time) to accommodate best for your work schedule.
As part of the program, we will help to prepare for the visa process. This includes the recognition of your diploma as well as the collection of all documents required for the process. Once we have found the right job for you in Germany, we will assist you with the further steps of the visa process.
We work closely with trusted German companies which are known for their long-standing reputation, and commitment to providing secure, long-term roles for you. Based on your past experience and results from the assessment we will create a comprehensive candidate profile for you and determine the position and company that matches best with your profile. If a company expresses interest in your profile, you will meet the company in an online meeting. After a positive decision, you will sign a work contract and we will continue to support you with the required paperwork.
We will support you during the relocation process as your point of contact for administrative questions. In addition, we collaborate with trusted partners to provide further relocation services such as accommodation search.
The program will take approximately 9 to 12 months.
The cost for talent program cover the price of the language courses as well as the administrative fees charged by the German government for the visa and recognition process. Our current program is open to electricians, mechatronics technicians, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) technicians. If you have experience in another field, please still leave your information - we will contact you once we offer the talent program for your respective experience.

Applicants must have completed at least two years of higher education (vocational training or university) and have at least two years of work experience.
No prior knowledge of German is required, the language courses begin at the level A1. If you already possess German language skills, this can help you to complete the program more quickly and secure a job in Germany sooner.
